30 Day Returns

Lots of companies talk about easy returns, we genuinely have an easy return and refund policy. These rights are in addition to those provided under the Consumer Rights Guarantee and Queensland Consumer law.

Our aim is complete Customer satisfaction and the small team here work hard to achieve that each and every day – we take it personally. We offer a 30 Day Return Policy*

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the reasonable conditions and exclusions below.

All returns must be in new condition, in their original unopened box and must include all packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards, and associated tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or are damaged.

Please contact us for assistance with your return and an RA Number (returns will not be accepted without one) – all returns must be accompanied by an RA form or RA number and a copy of the original invoice.

*with the exception of a very few items clearly identified in our product descriptions as non-returnable, such as customized or special order products and equipment.

Please note if these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will credit your account. We will issue the refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Returns are generally processed the same day they are received, and will appear on your account generally within 3-5 days depending on your financial institution, often quicker.

Purchases made using Gift Vouchers or other similar devices will be refunded as a new voucher, and cannot be refunded as cash.

Where in our view, we are unable to meet the expectations of a customer for whatever reason – we understand we may not be for everyone – we reserve the right to decline or reject future orders by that customer or from that delivery location.

At our discretion with non-delivery claims, we may reject future orders for that customer or shipping location/address.

Fair Use – where we believe our Free Shipping policy is being misused, we reserve the right to withdraw that offer from that customer or delivery location.

*The Easy Returns Policy only applies to purchases made through our Online store – wholesale, trade and other order methods maybe subject to other policies and conditions of sale.
