Over the years our Service Centre has grown considerably, with two full time technicians, and we currently provide service support for a number of resorts and dive operators in addition to serving the general Dive Community, this is a reflection on the quality of our servicing.
Your equipment is in the capable hands of our professionals – Our service technicians are all Subject Specialists and Factory Trained, travelling regularly to the likes of the USA, Italy and Singapore for training, along with update seminars at DEMA each year.
We use genuine factory-supplied parts and kits and oxygen-compatible lubricants.
All Oxygen clean work is completed using a laminar flow clean bench (Flow Hood) and bag sealed before removal.
In addition to a full complement of service tools from ScubaTools™, Top™, manufacturer specific tools and Magnehelics (digital and analogue), we have heated Ultrasonic Cleaners including a 40L unit large enough to fit an entire stainless dive hat.
Biox ultrasonic cleaning solution is used as standard, with final rinses completed with food grade steriliser Steramine solution.
Service Guarantee – Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If any service from us does not meet your expectations, we will re-adjust or service the item again at no charge within 90 days from the date of service.
As part of the company wide Integrated Management System our Quality Management provides document control and complete records are kept using ServicePoint™ by Seaward, so a complete history is available.
