While MANY popular items come with free economy shipping options, this promotion is for standard orders over the value of $99* we offer Free Shipping to most destinations in Australia as part of this promotion. Economu delivery times are typically 10-12 working days to most destinations, many are quicker. A few reasonable restrictions and our fair use policy applies.

Orders are shipped by the carrier of our choice to provide economic but timely delivery to you.

To qualify for Free Shipping you must fall within our standard courier delivery service area – Australia is a large country and we cannot provide free delivery to every outpost sadly. If you live outside these zones please contact the team and we’ll do our best to assist you with subsidized delivery where possible or an alternative option. We are here to help.

Exceptions do apply – bulky items, special orders, discounted, trade, clearance items, some specialist spare parts and used/ex demo stock for example maybe be excluded (check individual item for details). Inbound/Outbound freight on Service Lab and Annual Servicing are also excluded.

Should you require a specific freight service or fall outside our logistics delivery area (rural/remote locations for example) please contact the team for a solution.

Fair Use – where we believe our Free Shipping policy is being misused, we reserve the right to withdraw that offer from that customer or delivery location.

Standard freight delivery times are typically 5-8 business days to most locations in Australia. This service includes most populous locations in Australia, if you live in a rural/remote area outside our shipping zones, contact us for assistance.

In addition to standard road freight and free delivery promotional options, we offer where possible, Express Post shipping to most major destinations in Australia. The service time is typically 2-3 working days from dispatch.

From Port Douglas we sadly don’t have a national overnight express service at this time.

*Please note some items cannot be shipped by Air, and are therefore excluded from this service, and only available to ship by road freight. Examples include bulk liquids, sorb, bulk battery orders, and similar.
