Tech Dive Pty Limited (TDPL) has acquired 100% of shareholding in Blackwater Scuba LLC, and will bring the brand to Australia in coming months. The Australian business unit will focus on B2B in the Resort and Dive Tourism sector, providing outsourcing services to the Australian & South Pacific Tourism Industry – Logistics, Supply and Service Support.
