Our current Free Delivery Promotion has ended.


In addition to standard and free delivery options, we offer (where possible) Express Post shipping to most major destinations in Australia. The service time is typically 2-3 working days from dispatch. From Port Douglas we sadly don’t have a national overnight express service at this time.

*Please note some items cannot be shipped by Air, and are therefore excluded from this service, and only available to ship by road freight. Examples include bulk liquids, sorb, bulk battery orders, and similar.

Orders received by Midday (AEST) are shipped the same day where possible, and we work hard to ship order received after that time the same day as well. Orders received after hours, weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Some orders may require assembly and testing prior to shipping, which can slow this process slightly. Bottom line, 98% of orders currently ship the day they are received. Unlike those box pushing bulk stores, we will happily assemble your order prior to dispatch, including custom configuration requests. Simply let the team know in the comments section when you order and we’ll reach out to you.

While we keep a wide range of leading products in stock, ready to ship, our Special Order and Custom Order items are designed to give you More Choice and the ability to customise specific products.

Special orders can take a little longer than our normal dispatch times (generally same day) and we will advise you a dispatch date when you place your order, this can range from just a few days extra, to longer for complex custom manufactured items such as sized to fit Drysuits etc. Contact the team before placing your order if you have a specific delivery date in mind.

For those who prefer the more personal traditional touch, or need some advice before purchasing, we still offer telephone orders and face to face service*. The team will happily process your order and provide invoicing for payment via Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Deposit (Eft or Osko) and AfterPay.

Back in the 1960’s we first heard the phrase “and it’s the putting right that counts” and we couldn’t agree more. We treat all our customers like we hope to be treated – with respect. From time to time things go wrong – we are all human – but it is the putting right that counts (sound familiar?) and we do take the responsibility for a solution. On the rare occasion there is a delivery problem or an order arrives damaged for example, let us know and we will work with you to resolve any issue effortlessly and quickly as possible.

Free freight delivery times are typically 7-10 business days to most metro locations in Australia.

Standard freight delivery times are typically 5-8 business days to most locations in Australia.

Express Freight delivery times are typically 2-3 business days to most locations in Australia

Bulk Freight / Palletised Orders delivery times will be advised when you place your order.


At this time we ship Nationally in Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping rates (including Free Delivery) are within our logistics network, should you fall outside these areas, the team will work with you to find the most appropriate delivery option for you – remember Australia is a big country with some remote locations!

Due to manufacturer dealer agreements some brands may not be available to ship outside of Australia.

Based in beautiful Port Douglas, our warehouse is in Craiglie Industrial Estate. At this time we do not offer a CLICK and COLLECT service. However, we do offer FREE Same Day* delivery service for our Port Douglas locals.

Sizes do vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, and in fact from region to region in the world, so we provide sizing charts where possible for applicable products. If you need further assistance, please contact the team and we’ll assist.

The Port Douglas Warehouse keeps Monday to Friday business hours, 8am to 4.30pm, with our last courier pick up typically around 2.45pm. Need a miracle, the advantage of our small team is we can sometime achieve the impossible. Pick up the phone and we’ll do our best to help. While orders are often prepared and packed by store staff on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays (when we are open basically), keep in mind these can’t be shipped until the next business day.

The office phones are answered 8.30am to 5.00pm, longer where possible, 7 days a week, with after hours support available.

We accept most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), paypal and bank transfer (EFT or Osko). As of April 2020 we also offer AfterPay.

We take your privacy seriously, we won’t SPAM you, we minimize the cookies on our site to just do the job necessary and we only retain data specifically to meet your order needs. Check out our policy here.
