We’ve changed the way we display stock on our online store.
We’ve listened – you asked us to make it easier.
In Stock – means just that, we have the item in our warehouse here in Port Douglas. Depending on when your order is received, it will likely be dispatched SAME DAY. We dispatch well over 98% of orders received by midday, that day.
On Back Order – means more stock is on the way, and is likely to arrive in the next 7-10 days. You can pre-order stock by contacting the team by phone or email. Pre-Orders are filled first when stock arrives.
Out of Stock – we either don’t have any stock on the way, or don’t have a confirmed date for its arrival from our manufacturer. It doesn’t mean they aren’t available, just not for immediate dispatch.
Deleted Stock – these items do not appear in out system, but are available from the Archive if you need product Data.
If you need something not shown on the website talk to the team and we’ll give you a real world answer on delivery time, the online store only features a small percentage of our products.
