We have received a number of calls from customers regarding our delivery policy during COVID19.
Rest assured we are taking industry best pratice steps, as we always do, setting a standard rather than following any mandated minimums. Since our first announcement on Jan 17th regarding COVID19, we have been taking steps to disinfect and treat sale order dispatches to customers, and introduced contact free delivery in mid February with our courier providers. Our thanks to the courier drivers and warehouse staff for their efforts with this.
However, while studies show limitied risk, there is always the possibility of exposure during transportation and logistic centre processing of parcels, we encourage you to dispose of the exterior shipment packaging directly into your recycling.
