Current Action

All Services Operating – COVID SAFE

We are operating under a Covid Safe policy as part of our BCP protocols, and to continue to meet our obligations to both our Guests and Staff. This policy has been reviewed regularly since early 2020 with our Compliance Risk and Diligence advisors.

Sales, Servicing and Support services are fully operational, however these continue to be through non-contact processes, such as our web portal, phone or digital services. Access to the offices and warehouse remains restricted at this time. Slightly slower freight times continue to apply, although we are back to achieving same day dispatch of 99% of orders, and Social Distancing practices for deliveries are in place. All equipment received for service has always been treated with Steramine™ prior to dispatch as part of our normal hygiene process and this will continue.

Training – we have recommenced training, and while this has always been on a private basis we have implemented additional Covid Safe practices including stand down periods, geographic zoning, additional cleaning, and increased PPE. The stand down and quarantine periods (required from time to time) have reduced some availability in 2021. Our ‘Industry Best’ booking policy still applies.

All ‘rental’ equipment provided by the company has always received final treatment using Steramine™ Solution as part of our cleaning procedures under our Health & Safety Policy, and is documented as part of our Quality Management processes.

Expedition Travel – at this time (2021) we have implemented individual country specific arrangements for our international guests (not travelling to Australia), for our Australian guests, Expeditions Travel is being progressively rolled out in line with the development of Bubbles (Air Travel) or in the case of marine travel, quarantine specific basis. The team will discuss your individual needs.
